Return and Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Customized or personalized items
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at funghoyan2007@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at funghoyan2007@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or our error: we cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
