Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- United Kingdom: Standard shipping 5-8 business days
- Germany: Standard shipping 8-18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders (UK and Germany) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
